Shaping how people experience work from the inside.
We help companies understand their current culture, identify what’s working and what’s not, and design a work environment where people feel more connected, motivated, and aligned.

We start by assessing the current state of the organization—looking at both perception and reality. This includes how employees experience the workplace, how culture initiatives are being received (if they exist), and key indicators such as turnover, absenteeism, workplace incidents, training hours, hiring timelines, and professional development status.

From there, we go deeper into understanding the employee experience. We map internal journeys, analyze communication flows, and explore how people feel, interact, and make sense of the organization. We study elements like sense of belonging, recognition, alignment with company values, and how strongly people identify with the company’s mission and vision.

We also define the company’s internal identity—clarifying its essence, values (and anti-values), and the overall “vibe” or atmosphere employees experience day to day.
